The aim of the Design and Technology Association regional branches is to create a local network where members come together to share ideas and mutual interests. Each branch typically has an Organising Group or simply one organiser who set a programme of activities for local members. Meetings are usually held in the evening or on Saturdays and may include visits, workshops, visiting speakers, drop-in sessions or other activities. Members can get valuable support and access to resources through the meetings as well as having the opportunity to feed back their thoughts on D&T developments. If you haven't already attended one of our free or low-cost branch events this year, make sure you look out for the new programme beginning in September.Remember, that from now on we will be promoting branch events via e-mail, and also online as at present. E-mail is a more time and cost-efficient method of communicating with members and also branch event delegates who are non-members.
