Consultant Membership

Consultant Members - who may be LA advisers, freelance consultants, writers or trainers enjoy the full range of Association benefits together with a free entry in the online Directory of Consultants and privileged insurance rates.

The Directory places Consultant Members in contact with anyone looking for advice in the D&T sector.

Membership in the Consultant category includes all D&T Association publications together with the opportunity to hear about, and respond to, Government initiatives and curriculum developments which impact on all aspects of design and technology education.

All Consultant members are required to work to a Code of Practice and will only remain as a member, and be listed in the Directory, if they meet the criteria agreed with the National Association of Advisers and Inspectors in Design and Technology (NAAIDT).
