Home Events Exhibitions D&T Show 09

Welcome to the 2009 Design and Technology with ICT Education Show page.

We had a great time meeting current members and also welcoming 103 new members to the Association at this year’s D&T Show, which demonstrated possibly the broadest range of D&T expertise, products and services to date.

The podcasts below are in the Mp4 format. This is to allow us to incorporate the speakers Powerpoint inside the file. To play these files correctly you will need either Quicktime or iTunes. Both these applications are available here.

If your experiencing problems downloading the file to your harddrive, Right Click on the mpeg4 icon and select 'Save Target As...' (or the equivalent) to save to your harddrive.

Key show seminars were presented by the D&T Association Executive team:

  • Richard Green and Andy Mitchell – New directions in D&T and professional development
  • Louise Davies – Working towards compulsory food technology: 2011 and beyond
  • Julie Lunt - Leading, planning and resourcing D&T in the new primary curriculum

These, and various other resources from this year’s show are now available below (ppts, audio recordings, blogs, images etc) so whether you attended or not, you can take something of the experience with you.
