Steve’s experience working as a Marine Engineer, School Technician, D+T Teacher, Work Experience Coordinator and Head of Department have made him acutely aware of practical engineering, workshop machinery tools and processes and health and safety requirements and systems. As a successful Head of Department at a large comprehensive school and a boys grammar school, Steve has effectively and efficiently managed and organised all aspects of the department, promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the department, as well as striving to promote the D+T subject profile in the school curriculum with vision and determination.
