Pick and Mix projects for D&T
Contents and Learning
This session will look at mapping out the skills that need to be covered at KS3 in preparation for GCSE study and how you can take a modular approach to designing resources that match the needs of the students and the skills of the teaching team. Using a project which can have different elements added on to suit your individual needs, we will work together to look at the key skills you can incorporate into your project work.
Resources include a key skills chart for mapping out the skills and tasks across KS3, a booklet template and a selection of worksheets and modules to experiment with to design your own tailor- made curriculum.
