Prototyping from cardboard to CAD. The iterative journey.


Using various project examples delegates will experience how designing can commence using cardboard prototypes that can be taken into a range of 3D and 2D CAD programmes in readiness for further informed design decisions and prototyping.

Learning outcomes  

To possess the knowledge of how to quickly progress through the iterative design process using both virtual 3D CAD and physical models as the driving force. Ideas will be generated on how these essential skills that can be integrated into key stage 3-5 Curriculums that in turn can be applied to the NEA.
