As an early career secondary teacher you will need to develop a wide range of skills and learn new techniques to get you through this crucial year and meet the unique requirements of teaching our subject. The guide was prepared by the D&T Association's innovation group whose members all qualified within the last five years and have been identified as outstanding newcomers.
