Talent 2030 National Engineering Competition for Girls

Published 14th October 2016

For the fifth time the National Centre for Universities and Business (NCUB) is running the Talent 2030 National Engineering Competition for Girls. The competition is free to enter and is sponsored by Rolls-Royce, PepsiCo and Centrica. For the chance to win £1000, girls aged 11-18 were invited to submit their ideas for ‘How can engineers solve the challenges of the 21st century?’, giving them the opportunity to explore engineering as well as winning some fantastic prizes. It will run from Monday 26th September until Friday 16th December and prizes will be awarded at the Big Bang Fair in March 2017 — for more information see the Talent 2030 website.

The competition opens today on Monday 26th September and we would be very grateful if you could help us to promote the competition by sharing the materials with any school or student contacts that you may have and please do get in touch if you would like printed copies of any of the materials attached, or feel free to download them here.
