School Food Champion Programme, The School Food Champions Programme has been developed to support the specific actions identified in the School Food Plan commissioned by the Department for Education. The programme is open to secondary schools in England, who are funded by the Department for Education, and who meet the DfE criteria for low school meal uptake.
