The day will focus on how you can introduce fun and engaging activities that will help students to think more creatively whilst consolidating core knowledge. It will also provide opportunities to look at DT in the wider context and how activities can be set up to focus on everyday scenarios that require problem solving and design thinking.
This course will set you on your way to developing a more creative ethos within your classroom.
The KS3 D&T curriculum and new Design and Technology GCSE offer a wide range of new and exciting opportunities to better prepare our students for the future. It will also breathe new life into our subject.
