Who is this course for?
The course is aimed at everyone who teaches and supports secondary D&T GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition, who lead cookery clubs or food activities in schools. This includes: teachers, technicians, teaching assistants/higher level teaching assistants, trainee teachers, and special needs support staff.
Many teachers will have new responsibility for food safety this year. If it is you, make sure you get the training you need.
