The EdTech Summit Returns to Birmingham

The unpredictable nature of the pandemic exposed educators and learners to the amazing capabilities of education technology and its growing importance across the sector. 

The rapid speed of change across the sector meant that organisations were forced to review their digital strategies, tools, and software systems.

The now increased use of technology across the sector has opened endless opportunities for education technology. In addition, the recent announcement of the digital and technology standards set out by the Department for Education, means that education institutions must now work towards meeting these standards.

The EdTech Summit returns on Thursday 17th November at the NEC, Birmingham, to bring an unforgettable experience to the EdTech community and aims to educate decision makers on a variety topics across the sector. The summit is dedicated to helping educators examine and align their organisations’ digital infrastructure with teaching and learning goals, for positive pupil outcomes and provides all the guidance and advice required succeed. 

The annual show attracts over 500 IT & EdTech Enthusiasts from Primary & Secondary Schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, Colleges, and Universities. Visitors will have access to 10+ hours of CPD accredited content where they can explore a variety of topics, including what EdTech tools and software to prioritise and invest into during the procurement process, understanding the important of a more sophisticated & larger IT networks for a growing institution, learning the implementation of the latest digital & data management strategies and much more.

Attendees will have the chance to hear the latest in education technology updates from the best EdTech Specialists, network face-to-face with fellow peers during the show and in a dedicated networking area with free refreshments. 

The EdTech Summit is also co-located with the Schools and Academies Show, the UK’s #1 education policy event for senior leaders, giving you access to the EdTech Trail & The Government Education Village, where representatives from the Department for Education and Education & Skills Funding Agency will be available to answer questions.
