This course is suitable for Teachers, Technicians, TA’s and those supporting learners in the workshop. This course will enable delegates to acquire H&S accreditation certification through a ‘hands on’ approach using a range of tools and equipment to complete a series of tasks leading to the completion of a finished project. The equipment to be covered will include the following:
Drilling Machine
Sanding Machine
Portable power tools (Drill; Sander)
Power Fret Saw
Hand Tools
Guillotine/Shears
Polisher/Buffer
All the activities conform to the current D&T Association Training Standards.
Refreshments and sandwiches will be provided.
